French Cinnamon Toast Tea Latte Ingredients

French Cinnamon Toast Tea Latte Base

French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea: In this recipe, we used French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea that we purchased from a local farmers’ market.

The French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea has a rich and creamy vanilla flavor that perfectly complements the other ingredients in the Latte.

However, if you cannot find this particular tea, you can always use a similar substitute, such as a vanilla-flavored black tea or a vanilla rooibos tea. Just keep in mind that the flavor may be slightly different depending on the type of tea you use.

Water: To create the bold and rich flavor of the French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea, we used water to soak the tea leaves.

This process allows the flavor compounds in the tea leaves to be released fully into the water, resulting in a more robust and flavorful tea base.

We heated the water to the appropriate temperature for steeping the tea and then added the tea leaves.

After allowing the tea to steep for a few minutes, we strained the tea leaves from the water to create a smooth and flavorful tea base for our Latte.

Milk: We used milk to give our French Toast Latte its signature creamy and frothy texture.

We frothed the milk, creating a foam layer on the milk we added to our tea latte. The frothed milk adds a creamy texture to the Latte, giving it a beautiful and Instagram-worthy presentation.

Cinnamon Honey

Whip Cream: To enhance the visual appeal of our French Toast Latte, we topped it with whipped cream. Within this recipe, we used regular whipped cream.

Honey: If you prefer a natural and healthier way to sweeten your tea latte, honey is an excellent option.

To sweeten our French Toast Latte, we added a drizzle of honey, which not only adds sweetness but also enhances the overall flavor profile of the drink. The honey blends perfectly with the vanilla and cinnamon flavors of the tea and adds a subtle floral note to the Latte.

Crushed Gram Crackers: One of the key ingredients that make our French Toast Latte stand out is the crushed graham crackers.

These crackers add a unique and delicious flavor to the Latte, reminiscent of the classic French toast breakfast. We crushed the graham crackers as finely as possible to a powder form.

Crushing the graham crackers allows the crumbs to dissolve and seep into the tea more efficiently, resulting in a more robust and flavorful drink.

The graham cracker crumbs create a subtle cinnamon flavor that pairs perfectly with the vanilla and honey notes of the Latte.

So, if you want to take your French Toast Latte to the next level, crush the graham crackers as finely as possible!

Cinnamon: Cinnamon is a critical ingredient in our French Toast Latte, giving the drink its distinctive and delicious flavor.

Cinnamon is a warm and aromatic spice used for centuries in sweet and savory dishes. Our latte recipe uses cinnamon to add warmth and sweetness, perfectly combining the vanilla and honey flavors.

So, if you’re a cinnamon lover, you’re sure to enjoy our French Toast Latte!

Brown Sugar: Brown sugar is a fantastic way to add sweetness to our French Toast Latte.

It has a rich flavor and is perfect for sweetening beverages.

In our latte recipe, we use brown sugar to balance out the bitterness of the tea and add an extra layer of sweetness to the drink.

You can adjust the quantity of brown sugar used based on your taste preference. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more brown sugar; if you prefer a less sweet drink, you can use less brown sugar.

Overall, brown sugar is an excellent choice for sweetening our French Toast Latte, as it adds a delicious depth of flavor that perfectly complements the other ingredients in the drink.

Common Questions:

What is a Tea Latte?

A tea latte is a comforting drink with a texture similar to a coffee latte but is made by steeping tea leaves or tea bags in hot water.

After brewing the tea, it’s combined with steamed milk to create a creamy and frothy texture, followed by various toppings to enhance the flavor you are going after.

The best part about tea lattes is that you can customize them by mixing your favorite tea blend with any sweetener or flavoring.

Creating your own Tea Latte is worth trying, even if you’ve never tried one.

It’s a delicious, warm, comforting drink perfect for starting your day or enjoying a mid-day pick-me-up. So why not indulge in a tea latte?

Can I make this an iced tea latte?

Yes, absolutely. An Iced Tea Latte is just as delicious as a hot brewed iced tea Latte.

To make an iced tea latte, soak the tea for the recommended time, then remove the tea leaves or tea bag and let it sit on the counter until it is at room temperature; this usually takes about 30 minutes to achieve.

Once at room temperature, add a glass filled with ice to the top, pour the tea into the glass, then add the toppings as you would if it were a Hot French Cinnamon Toast Tea Latte.

Pro Tip: Avoid steeping tea leaves overnight, as it can lead to a bitter taste. It’s best to follow the recommended steeping time for your specific tea to achieve the perfect balance of flavors.

What is in French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea?

The French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea ingredients were black tea, organic black tea, flavors, hand-cut vanilla bean, green tea, coconut, and almonds. We bought ours at a local tea market.

It’s important to note that ingredients can vary between different manufacturers. Therefore, checking the back of the box to verify the ingredients before consuming any product is always a good idea.

Is French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea Caffeinated?

Before consuming any tea, it’s always a good idea to check whether it’s caffeinated or decaffeinated.

To determine the caffeine content of your French Vanilla Bean Loose Leaf Tea, you can check the box or contact the manufacturer you purchased it from.

Confirming the caffeine content before brewing your tea is always a good idea, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine.
